We offer return policy under the following conditions

Incorrect Product –

  • Under the case where we shipped you incorrect product (s)
  • Product shipped to you is different than what ordered. We recommend you to immediately reach our online customer support team so a replacement can be initiated.

Damaged product –

  • If you receive a damaged product(s), you can return it back. Check our terms and conditions page.
  • We recommend you to contact us within seven days of your received damaged product(s).
  • However, as we perform a quality check before dispatching our orders, the decision to exchange product will be at our sole discretion.
  • It might be damaged due to rough handling of the mail body and you may need to take up the issue to the applicable postal body.

Refund Policy –

  • For paid orders unable to be fulfilled in a reasonable time are eligible for a complete refund of the applicable item (s). Please read our terms and conditions page for more information.
  • If you inadvertently order the incorrect product or change your mind later for the ordered product, a replacement/refund will NOT be issued.
